The number of craft beer drinkers and producers has been on the increase for quite some time and with consumers across the food and drink sector focusing their attention towards artisan producers of all kinds, the increase in demand seems set to rise even further.
With all this in mind the team over at Kendall College have taken a look at the business of craft beer and created this infographic to present their findings.
They suggest that the number of craft breweries in 2012 was higher than it has been since the 1880s - a true revival of the art.
On top of data regarding the craft beer market place the infographic also offers up some food pairing suggestions for a range of different craft beers. From wheat ale to chocolate stout.
