Smash hit Netflix show Chef’s Table is to return to our screens next month with a feast of food and chef stories to appear in three new seasons. The first is a spin-off series, Noodles, coming out in October with Chef’s Table: Volume 7 to be released the following month and the much-anticipated anniversary season, Legends, to be aired in 2025.
Since 2022, producers of the Netflix show that redefined food television have been busy working behind the scenes to deliver the next instalments and with the two new seasons wrapped and ready to be served, the viewing public is licking their lips in anticipation.
Released on the platform on October 2, Chef’s Table: Noodles explores the ancient and culturally rich world of noodles and spaghetti through the lens of four dedicated chefs.
The two-time James Beard-nominated, LA-based chef Evan Funke, features, bringing his passion for essential Italian cuisine to life. With a US-wide restaurant empire to manage, Funke has a deep appreciation and reverence for the culinary traditions of Italy. Spaghetti is a particular passion of his and he offers an Italo-Americano take on the world’s favorite pasta shape.
With decades of culinary experience Guirong Wei works tirelessly to represent Shaanxi cuisine in the UK. With a respect for traditional craft and a flair for bold flavors, the chef brings the Chinese perspective to the Noodle show on Netflix. Self-taught culinary maestro, Italian Peppe Guida brings us to Campania in southern Italy for a deep dive into his devotion to the terroir of his region, and his love of spaghetti. Cambodian chef Nite Yun introduces us to her culinary heritage. Born in a refugee camp in Thailand, she made it to California, where she now represents Cambodian cuisine through her restaurants in the Bay Area.
