A new book has been published that offers up small bits of advice from some of the world’s best chefs.
Called The Chef Says, the book is made up of a collection of quotations from 150 chefs, from rising stars to Michelin starred chefs.
The book is part of the Princeton Architectural Press "Words of Wisdom" series in which designers, filmmakers and now chefs are asked to pass on some of their knowledge.
