The second issue of the food magazine by the three Michelin starred chef Andreas Caminada has now launched, focusing on three main areas: embers, tradition and modernity and craftsmanship and techniques.
Embers and smoke is the main theme with Caminada guiding readers through fascinating stories and pictures of dishes that use the ingredients. The chef also sits for dinner with friend and fellow chef Quique Dacosta to discuss whether or not a strong knowledge of a certain ingredient, plate or technique can heighten our enjoyment.
The issue includes a number of stories from a blacksmith to a sculpture and one of the world's best chefs.
At the end of each piece Caminada reveals what inspirations he drew from the stories - a nice idea that gives the magazine a unique style. Speaking about this issue Caminada said: "These are stories that heighten our enjoyment. I hope my readers will enjoy reading them and use them as a source of inspiration and joy."
The magazine can be ordered from Caminada's official website.
