Chanel's Head Designer Makes a Cake for Alain Ducasse

The Beige Alain Ducasse restaurant in Tokyo has teamed up with the iconic fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld to design a Christmas cake for the restaurant’s 10th anniversary.

Lagerfield is the head designer at Chanel and chose to recreate the fashion label’s famous lipstick shape for the cake.

The cakes will be made with caramel and dark chocolate and served during special Christmas meals at the restaurant.

Each limited edition cake will also be served inside an exclusive box featuring a sketch by Lagerfeld.
