The rumor mill is buzzing with news that Hollywood actress Cameron Diaz is writing a book on nutrition for teenage girls. Tall, thin and blond, the actress has never had a public battle with her weight but is interested in helping young women feel good about their bodies by making healthy choices.
E! Online reported the What To Expect When Expecting star has already signed with a literary agent. Cameron is following the steps of other Hollywood starlets like Tori Spelling, Eva Longoria and Gwyneth Paltrow who have gone on to become published authors.
''She wants to stop their fixation on being thin, and for teenage girls to understand that being healthy is more important,'' a source told E! Online. ''She wants to use her celebrity to make a difference. She knows she is a role model to girls and she really wants to use that position to do good. This book is not about weight, it's about making the right choices.''
