After a short summer break, Saturday Night Projects are back at Noma. That's when staff members of the world's best restaurant get to create dishes to impress their boss: acclaimed chef Rene Redzepi.
In his down-to-earth fashion, Rene has been tweeting pictures of his staff's amazing creations with fun captions. Among the delicacies are the lamb dish created by ''former Armani model-now smelly chef-Sam'' and the potato and hazelnut dish created by ''uber chef Matt of San Diego.''
