Chef André Chiang will be taking his unique Octophilopshy stye of cooking on a world tour with events planned for Asia, the U.S. and Europe.
Octophilosophy is a style of cooking developed by Chiang that puts emphasis on eight key characteristics when trying to create new dishes: salt, texture, memory, pure, terroir, south, artisan and unique.
Octophilosophy is also the name of the chef’s new book which is set to be launched April 27th and the world tour dates will each include a book launch and exclusive dinner.
The first dates have been announced for Asia, starting in Singapore April 28th and finishing in Hong Kong May 31st.
The team promise dates in the U.S. and Europe from June onwards.
