Albert Adria (dish pictured above) has revealed plans to open a new restaurant alongside his brother, Ferran, on the island of Ibiza.
Speaking to Vanitatis, Albert said that he and Ferran are working on an ‘multidisciplinary’ project that’s expected to open at the end of May 2015. He says the restaurant will open for just six months a year, changing every year and with plans to serve a whopping 1,000 people a day.
With Paco Roncero recently launching the world’s most expensive tasting menu in Ibiza and the Adria’s latest announcement, could the island known for it’s wild party lifestyle be turning into a more gastro-driven destination?
Stay tuned for more info on the new restaurant and concept as it's released.
