The world’s newest three-starred Michelin restaurant is T’ang Court inside the Langham hotel in Hong Kong after it took the highest accolade awarded by Michelin in the Hong Kong and Macau guide for 2016.
Helmed by Kwong Wai Keung who has over 30 years experience in the kitchen, Michelin say the restuarant is one of the best places to dine in Hong Kong and that they have done a great job in protecting the 'culinary traditions of the Tang Dynasty'.
The menu at T'ang Court offers a modern take on classic Cantonese cuisine - the restaurant also serve a selection of biodynamic wines and Chinese teas.
Much of the focus lends itself to fish with dishes such as Stir-fried fresh lobster with spring onions, red onions and shallots, Sautéed prawns and crab roe accompanied with golden-fried pork $520 and crab meat puffs and Crispy-fried sliced eel with lemon and honey sauce a few of the dishes that stand out on the menu.
Below you can see the menu, a few picture of dishes and some recipes the restaurant posted on their Facebook page.
