Food on the Edge, the annual food symposium organised by chef JP McMahon will be returning to Galway on the West Coast of Ireland on 9 and 10 October 2017 and will be sponsored by S.Pellegrino.
The impressive speakers line-up for the 2017 edition features some of the world's top chefs, including Magnus Nilsson, World's Best Female Chef 2017 Ana Roš, Ashley-Palmer Watts, Latin America's Best Female Chef 2016 Kamilla Seidler, Enrico Crippa and Dominique Crenn, amongst many others.
