Food on the Edge, the annual food symposium organised by chef JP McMahon in Galway on the West Coast of Ireland, returns for its third edition on 9 and 10 October 2017, sponsored by S.Pellegrino.
This year's speakers line-up is as packed as ever, with turns from the likes of Magnus Nilsson, Ana Roš, Dominique Crenn, Sven Elverfeld, Paul Cunningham, Mitch Lienhard and Kat Kinsman.
