Persimmon Smoothie with Grapefruit

ingredients
Persimmons
1, peeled and cut into pieces
Sugar
to taste
Lemon juice
1 -2 tbsp
Apple juice
3 -4 tbsp
Grapefruit
3 - 4 segments, to garnish
Preparation
Put the persimmon into a blender with a little sugar, lemon juice and apple juice and puree finely.
Push through a sieve and check to see if it is sweet enough.
Add more sugar if necessary.
Pour into a glass and serve garnished with grapefruit segments.
