Peanut Butter Smoothie

Wheat
2 tbsp, shredded
Yogurt
150 ml
Milk
400 ml
Honey
1 tbsp
Bananas
1 peeled and sliced
Pears
2, peeled, quartered, cored and diced
Peanut butter
2 tbsp, soft
Lime juice
1
Limes
1 zest, to serve
Preparation
How to make a delicious peanut butter smoothie
- Stir the shredded wheat into the yogurt and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Place the mixture along with the milk, honey, banana, pears and the peanut butter in a blender and mix finely.
- If necessary add a little more milk.
- Add a little lime juice and let chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with the lime juice.
