Tea
3 bags, any type
Sugar
1 tbsp
Mint
1 large handful fresh, plus a few leaves reserved for garnish
1 l, boiling
Ice
1 tray
Limes
2, quartered

Preparation

How to make Iced tea with Lime and Peppermint

Combine tea bags, sugar, mint sprigs and boiling water in a heatproof jug.

Set aside for 20 minutes to steep.

Remove and discard tea bags and mint. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until cooled completely.

Divide ice between 4 glasses.

Place 1 mint sprig in each glass.

Squeeze and add 2 lime quarters into each glass.

Top each glass with tea mixture. Serve.

Tips for a delicious iced tea 

For more variety, try using a fruit tea, such as raspberry or peach.

For a fun summery look, use glass jars with ribbon around the necks and decorative straws.

Set them on a white tray decorated with half a lime and fresh mint leaves.
