Strawberry Compote With Crumbled Meringues

250 g
Meringues
50 g
Sugar
10 g
Lemons
1/2, juice
Mint

Preparation
Wash and chop the strawberries. Place in a small saucepan with the sugar and lemon juice.
Let cook for 5 minutes, mixing gently. Crumble the meringues and place half at the bottom of the jars. Pour a fourth of the strawberry compote in each and top off with the remaining meringue. Add a few mint leaves, close the jars firmly and place in the dishwasher.
Start the Quick Wash of the dishwasher. At the end of the cycle, serve or store in the refrigerator.
