Mango Sherbet
Mango sherbet recipe is an easy fruit dessert to help you beat the heat during the summer months.

Preparation
- Peel the mangoes, remove seeds and cut them into cubes.
- Pour half of all the ingredients into a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth puree.
- Pour the mixture into a generous bowl and close it with a lid.
- Repeat the same process with the other half of the ingredients, so as to obtain two different mixtures that you may use in two different moments.
- Make sure that both containers are well-sealed and freeze them for at least one hour, after which the sherbet is ready to be served.
