Butter
250 g, softened
Icing sugar
375 g
Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp
Milk
2 tbsp, whole
Preparation
- Beat the butter in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer until pale and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Beat in the icing sugar in four even additions until fully incorporated.
- Beat in the vanilla extract and milk.
- Use immediately or cover and chill for up to 2 days before using.
