I’m a professional chef, a culinary instructor and a food content creator. You might know me from my YouTube channel ChefRudakova, where I showcase some jaw-dropping molecular gastronomy and fine-dining techniques. Or, you might also know me from one of my online culinary courses, where I really spill all the beans about the mysterious world of culinary arts.

I’m a Russian-born, Cypriot-raised chef. I gained my culinary arts diploma from George Brown College in Toronto, Canada, where I did a culinary management program and a Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET2) certification.

After gaining my experience in Canada in applied food science - working in a food laboratory and cooking, and working in several sustainability focused, fine dining and vegan restaurants - I’ve finally moved back to Europe.

Today, I’m focusing on creating inspirational culinary video content for all serious food enthusiasts out there. I’ve co-funded Ollimono Media, a video production company, to produce original video content around the beauty and experience aspects of dining, stressing the importance of sustainability and excitement of food science in cooking.
