Haute cuisine food festival S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino is back with an illustrious line up of chefs and lakeside dinners this year, from 29 April to 17 June 2018.

A series of world-classs evenings hosted in exclusive hotels and restaurants against the spectacular back drop of picturesque Swiss canton of Ticino, Switzerland make this one not to miss. 

With a whole host of four hand dinners combining Italian chefs with guest chef talent, from Bangkok to Barcelona, the culinary result is guaranteed to be both interesting and delicious.

The Grand Opening

The opening night of this 12th edition of the prestigous food festival takes place on the shores of Lake Lugano in the Hotel Splendide Royalsetting the tone for the forthcoming weeks of the finest food and wine.

Expect the creative sparks to fly in the kitchen as Domenico Ruberto hosts three great chefs from the Swiss Deluxe Hotels; Mattias Roock (Locanda Barbarossa, Castello del Sole di Ascona), Dietmar Sawyere (The Japanese Restaurant – The Chedi, Andermatt) and Gregor Zimmermann (Restaurant Vue – Bellevue Palace Bern).
