A selection of 50 Best Chefs will be on stage to explore, collaborate and commit to a more inclusive future, encouraging positive changes in the food and restaurant culture as well as answer the questions of talented young chefs. This unique event will be divided into four moments: Inclusion, Inspiration, Responsability, Talent.

José Andrés, newly announced as the winner of the American Express Icon Award, will address the assembled audience on the responsability chefs have to help feed the hungry.

A Q&A session will follow with Yannick Alleno, Pim Techamuanvivit, Anne Sophie-Pic andMassimo Bottura as they field the best questions given by young chefs during the "talent" section.

Singaporean pastry chef Janice Wong will also be present creating an amazing edible and inspiringart installation.

MORE THAN A CELEBRATION 

To mark S.Pellegrino's celebration of its 120th anniversary this year, World's 50 Best Restaurants has also extended their prestigious annual restaurant list from 50 up to 120, which was released a week ahead of the 2019 World's Best Restaurant awards ceremony, sponsored by S.Pellegrino.

The extended list shines a spotlight on even more brilliant chefs and restaurants around the globe where intrepid international diners can try out a raft of first-time entrants in locations spanning Belgium to Russia, Mexico to Macau. In total, 44 different cities in 25 countries are represented with restaurants in the 51-120 list.
