Australia's South East is gearing up for the return of this year's Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, in partnership with Acqua Panna and S.Pellegrino, from 16 to 25 March.
Visitors to the 10 day festival down under will be treated to over 200 events, including food and wine tastings, culinary demonstrations and shindigs all supported by a hot line-up of culinary talent.
Acclaimed chefs Matt Orlando, Shinobu Namae from l'Effervescence in Tokyo, listed 12th on Asia's 50 Best Restaurant List and Stephen Harris from The Sportsman, recently voted best restaurant in the UK, are just a few of the chefs flying in for the occasion.

Highlights include the World's Longest Lunch where an incredible 1700 diners will get together around a 500-metre long table for three decadent courses prepared with various exciting twists on a modern-Australian feast delivered by a host of chefs.
Other can't miss events include the International Chef Dinners where diners are treated to one off dining experiences from guests chefs like Stephen Harris cooking up a 5 course dinner.
If wine and cheese are more your thing, hook up with experts at The Wine Program supported by Sanpellegrino matching sessions with cheese and dumplings and experience some of the region's best wines.
