Smoothie Bowl with Fruits
Try this smoothie bowl with fruits recipe for breakfast, it's a nutrient and delicious way to start the day with energy!

ingredients
Strawberries
450 g, sliced
Blackberries
225 g1 Gala, peeled, cored and diced
Apples
Honey
2 tbsp
Yogurt
250 g
Almond milk
600 ml
Ice
crushed
Pomegranate
1, halved
Pumpkin seeds
4 tbsp
Preparation
For the smoothie
- Combine three-quarters of the sliced strawberries and half of the blackberries with the blueberries, apple, honey, yogurt, and almond milk in a food processor.
- Blend on high for 2 minutes until smooth.
- Add the crushed ice and blend again for 1 minute.
To serve
- Pour the smoothie into bowls.
- Top with the remaining blackberries and strawberries.
- Tap the backs of the pomegranate halves to release their seeds.
- Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds and pumpkin seeds on top of the smoothie bowls.
- Serve immediately.
