Chicken
16 wings, boned and cut into chunks
All purpose flour
200 g
Vegetable oil
250 ml
Wine vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp, white
Garlic
2 cloves, crushed
Pepper
1/2 tsp, cayenne
Worcester sauce
1 tbsp
Tabasco
1 tsp
Butter
100 g
Hot sauce
4 tbsp
Blue cheese
100 g, soft, crumbled
Wine vinegar
2 tbsp, white
Sour cream
125 g

Preparation

How to make fried buffalo wings

To prepare fried buffalo wings recipe first heat the oven to 200ºC (180º fan), gas 6.

Place the flour in a plastic bag, season with salt and pepper and add the chicken pieces.

Shake well then remove the chicken from the bag and shake off the excess flour.

Heat the oil in a deep pan until smoking and fry the chicken pieces in batches until lightly browned.

Drain on kitchen paper and set aside.

For the dressing

Place the remaining ingredients in a small pan and bring to a simmer.

Coat the chicken pieces in the sauce then place them on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, basting from time to time.

Meanwhile, make the dressing.

Beat the ingredients together until smooth and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the fried buffalo wings with the dressing.
