Vegan Strawberry Muesli with Chia Seeds
An easy and healthy vegan muesli recipe, prepared with oats and chia seeds, served with a delicious strawberry puree on the top.

ingredients
Oat flour
180 g, rolled
Almond milk
550 ml, unsweetened
Chia seeds
2 tbsp
Maple syrup
2 tbsp
Cinnamon
pinch, ground
Strawberries
300 g, hulled and chopped
Lemon juice
1 tbsp
Agave nectar
1 tbsp
Preparation
For the vegan muesli
To prepare an easy vegan muesli start combining the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and ground cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
Stir well, cover, and chill overnight.
For the strawberry puree
Combine the strawberries, lemon juice, and agave nectar in a food processor or blender.
Blend on high for 1 minute until smooth, scraping down the sides if needed.
Pass the puree through a sieve into a small jug.
Spoon the oats into pots and top with the strawberry puree before serving the vegan muesli.
