Broccoli
1 small head, prepared into florets
Bok choy
2 heads, leaves separated
White grapes
150 g, seedless
Avocado
1, ripe, pitted, diced
Lemon juice
2 tbsp
Ice
225 g, crushed
Preparation
To prepare the broccoli smoothie recipe start passing the broccoli and bok choy through a vegetable juicer.
Combine the juice with the grapes, avocado, lemon juice, and crushed ice in a food processor or blender.
Blend on high for 1 - 2 minutes until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve: the broccoli smoothie recipe is ready to be enjoyed.
