Raw Crackers With Sesame and Flax Seeds

Preparation
- Grind 100 grams of flax seeds in a spice grinder.
- Set aside.
- Mix onion, garlic and rosemary in a mixer until creamy.
- Set aside.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon.
- Let rest for about 30 minutes.
- Spread the mixture on silicone baking mat, cut the crackers with a plastic knife and dehydratate for about 8/10 hours.
- Let cool completely and serve.
