Apple juice

500 ml

Limes

1, the juice

Honey

1 tbsp

Star anise

White wine

400 ml, semi-dry

Preparation

Put the star anise into a pan with the apple juice, honey and strained lime juice.

Heat without boiling and infuse for about 15 minutes.

Add the wine and infuse for a further 5 minutes.

Pour into glasses and serve.
