Japanese Jasmine Sake
Try this Japanese mulled wine recipe prepared with sake, jasmine tea and lemon: an alcoholic drink you can't miss if you love Japanese food and beverages.

ingredients
Lemons
1, organic
Brown sugar
2 cubes
Sake
100 ml
Tea
Jasmine, hot, freshly brewed
Preparation
Rub the sugar cubes over the lemon so that the lemon zest is collected on the cubes.
Gently heat the sake in a pot.
Add the sugar cubes and stir until dissolved.
Pour into a heat-proof glass and top up with jasmine tea.
If desired add 3-4 thin slices of lime to the glass.
