Watermelon
400 g, flesh
Melon
100 g, Gallia, flesh
Raspberry jelly
Yogurt
1 tbsp
Ice
crushed
Mint
fresh, to garnish

Preparation

Remove any seeds from the watermelon flesh and puree finely with the galia melon, yogurt and 1-2 teaspoons of raspberry jelly.

Pour the puree into two glasses and fill up with plenty of crushed ice.

Add a small blob of raspberry jelly to each and serve garnished with a thin slice of melon and fresh mint.
