Fresh Mint Tea

ingredients
Green tea
4 tsp or 4 green teabags
Mint
8 springs, fresh
Sugar
8 tsp, caster
Preparation
Make the tea with about 800 ml hot water (approx 80 degrees C) in a medium sized teapot and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
Divide the mint and the sugar between 4 cups or tea glasses and pour over the tea.
Stir well and check the sweetness - add more sugar to taste if necessary.
