Apple punch with Rhubarb and Redcurrants
A refreshing alcoholic punch recipe perfect for a summer party: try this apple punch, a thirst-quenching drink prepared with apples, rhubarb and redcurrants.

Preparation
Cut the rhubarb into fine strips using a potato peeler.
Mix the apple juice, mineral water, champagne, rhubarb and redcurrant juice in a punch bowl and add the redcurrants and rhubarb.
Sweeten with the agave nectar to taste, garnish with rosemary and serve ice cold.
