Carrots
Cream
Candied fruit
Vanilla sugar
Eggs
Preparation
Stew the carrots after washing them in salt water.
Make a puree and put it on a pan with a light fire on.
Prepare the custard and mix it with the puree by adding the candied fruit as well sugar, egg yolks and foamed whites.
Put the the mixture on a buttered griddle and place it in the oven.
You can serve the cake either hot from oven or cold.
