Avocados Stuffed with Gorgonzola and Walnut Cream
Delicious avocado appetizer filled with Italian Gorgonzola cheese.

Cream cheese
225 g
Gorgonzola cheese
110 g
Sour cream
50 ml
Walnuts
3 tbsp, chopped
Black pepper
Avocado
2 each
Lemon juice
1 tbsp
Walnuts
toasted halves
Gorgonzola cheese
Preparation
Put the cream cheese, Gorgonzola, soured cream and cream into a bowl and mash together until well blended.
Stir in the chopped walnuts and season to taste with black pepper.
Cut the avocados in half, remove the stones and brush with lemon juice.
Spoon the cheese mixture into the avocados and garnish with walnut halves and Gorgonzola.
