Three Fruit Skewers and Chocolate Sauce
Easy and light chocolate recipe to serve with fruit skewers, ideal for brunch or dessert

Preparation
Place the chocolate, sugar, cream and water in a small pan and heat gently until smooth and thick.
Peel the banana, cut into slices and mix with the lemon juice - this will prevent the banana browning.
Thread the banana, kiwi, strawberries and pineapple chunks onto wooden skewers and serve with the chocolate sauce.
