Olive oil
30 ml
Onion
1, chopped
Garlic
2 cloves, finely chopped
Cinnamon
2,5 ml, ground
Allspice
1,25 ml, ground
Tomatoes
2 cans, 400 g each of chopped tomatoes
Sugar
1, 25 ml
Shrimps
600 g, peeled and deveined
Salt
1,25 ml
Pepper
1,25 ml
Feta cheese
110 g, crumbled
Oregano
15 ml, chopped

Preparation

Heat the oven to 190°C (170° fan) 375°F gas 5.

Grease a baking dish.

Heat the oil in a pan and cook the onions and garlic until softened.

Stir in the spices, tomatoes and sugar and simmer for 15 minutes.

Stir in the shrimps, salt and pepper and transfer to the the baking dish.

Sprinkle with the cheese and oregano and bake for 15-20 minutes until piping hot.
