S.Pellegrino and Trois Mec have teamed up to present an exciting series of one-off dinners throughout October in honour of Chef Ludo Lefebvre's 20th anniversary in Los Angeles. Aptly named: 2 Chefs, a Dialogue on Food the chef will host seven top guest chefs in his well-known LA restaurant for seven unique nights of bookable dinners.
Considered one of the city’s most influential chefs, Lefebvre is renowned for his inventive, refined cooking at Trois Mec, twice named the number one restaurant in LA by LA Weekly, making the line-up of greatest chefs from around the world a fitting tribute. The likes of Daniel Humm and James Lowe will join him in the kitchen for one unique night each, to prepare a bespoke 6-course dinner.
Inspired by the guest chef country/style of cuisine, three courses will be prepared by the guest chef and three by Lefebvre. The result will be an inspired series of dinners, dialogue between chefs, spoken through food.
