Orgeat
15 ml home-made
Lemon juice
23 ml fresh
Rum
60 ml
Cayenne pepper
1 pinch, for garnish
Preparation
Shake with ice, and strain into a chilled 165 ml coupe.
Dust with cayenne pepper.
