Icing sugar
As needed
Vanillin
To taste
Strawberries
500 g
Mint
To taste

Preparation

  • Whip the cream vigorously with the sieved icing sugar.
  • When it begins to look soft, add the vanillin and carry on whipping until it reaches the right consistency, then put it in the fridge to rest.
  • Wash the strawberries carefully, dry them, place them in bowls and cover with the Chantilly cream.
  • Serve, decorating with dainty mint leaves.
