Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
1. Heat the oven and toast the bread slices of good quality sandwich kind for a few minutes.
2. In a small bowl, mix the Extra-virgin olive oil, chopped fresh dill and pepper.
3. With a brush, brush the toasted bread with the sauce, place the salmon slices atop.
To garnish, a whole dill lead and a dash of grated lemon zest.
