How to make koulouria, sesame and honey sweet bread - a traditional Greek food and one of the most ancient Greek recipes

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, dry yeast, sea salt, honey and olive oil.
- Knead to combine the ingredients.
- Gradually add the water to make a dough.
- Flour a clean work bench and knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Set the dough aside in a warm place for 30 minutes to proof.
- Place the sesame seeds on a large plate or baking tray.
- When the dough has doubled in size, divide it into 10 portions.
- Roll each into thin sausage-like shapes about 40cm long.
- Dip them in a tray filled with warm water.
- Roll in the sesame seeds.
- Press the ends firmly together to form a ring.
- Place each one on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
