A few things took all our attention on social media this week at FDL HQ. We still can’t get over the dishes at the new Mugaritz in San Sebastian, especially the Haiku flowers dish that looks more like a bride’s veil than food. Check out the rest in our feature article - the creativity behind these dishes is truly out of this world. All hats off to chef Andoni Luis Aduriz and his incredible Mugaritz R & D team.
Of course by now we are in full-on easter mode and anything #easter. Top of our wishlist are these over-the-top easter eggs by pastry king Cedric Grolet.
Eataly Paris also opened its doors this week and our French team was there to report back on all the pasta, pizza, and gourmet Italian treats that are now available in the French capital. Their Instagram is brand new, but we expect it to fill up pretty soon with mouthwatering carb compositions. Find out more here.
