Chef Kirk Westaway will Showcase his Talent at Grand Hyatt Erawan, Bangkok
Kirk Westaway of Jaan restaurant in Singapore will be guest chef for two special dinners and a masterclass, 25 and 26 May 2016 at the Grand Hyatt, Bangkok.
Chef de Cuisine Kirk Westaway of modern French restaurant JAAN, a regular on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list, will make a guest appearance at Tables Grill at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok on 25 and 26 May 2016.
Winner of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015 Southeast Asia Semifinals and MLA Rising Chef of the Year 2016, Chef Westaway will present an exclusive five course tasting menu featuring JAAN’s produce-driven cuisine, using seasonal ingredients. Each course will be paired with S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna fine dining mineral waters, as well as a selection of Bellavista sparkling wines from Franciacorta in Italy.
The event forms part of the S.Pellegrino Fine Dining Lovers Guest Chef Series bringing renowned chefs to Thailand from top dining destinations around the world, which has included the likes of Tam Kwok Fung from the two Michelin-starred Jade Dragon in Macau, and sushi master Shinji Kanesaka from the Michelin-starred Sushi Kanesaka in Tokyo.
Chef Westaway will also present a masterclass for the media as a preview of the dinner menu, with dinner being available to the public at a ticketed price during the two-day event.
