Coming Soon: The International Chocolatiers and Chocolate Fair 2015

Calling all chocolate lovers! In just a few short weeks Switzerland will host the International Chocolatiers and Chocolate Fair 2015.

Taking place in Geneva on October 10-11, the International Chocolatiers and Chocolate Fair 2015 will be nothing short of paradise for chocoholics. Switzerland, after all, is known for its exquisite chocolate treats.

So what can visitors expect at the trade show? Here’s what is in store for chocolatiers and chocolate lovers:

• exquisite chocolate tastings and pairings with wine, beer and spirits
• chocolate workshops where you can make your own truffles, ganaches, pralines and other treats
• sensory explorations: a bean-to-bar journey of flavor and aroma of chocolate
• discussion panels with experts from around the world on topics such as: chocolate terroir, the relationship of women and chocolate, and the secrets of ''grand cru'' chocolate
