Cape Town is getting set to host the annual Good Food & Wine Show from 27 -29 May, billed to be one of the country’s biggest culinary shows. With a full programme of exciting food and wine fuelled events set in the spectacular coastal city it's not surprising over 60,000 visitors are expected to drop in over the three days.
Working this year's 'Fresh' theme will be celebrity chefs, expert speakers, and innovative food and wine exhibitions. Urban farming and rural development will also step into the spotlight with plenty of emphasis on more sustainable lifestyles.
Alongside the educational element, foodies will still be able to experience the latest and greatest on the culinary scene, street-food stalls, baking demos and an exciting new-look wine area featuring an interactive wine pairing theatre.
The chef line-up includes some familiar TV faces including, George Calombaris, Adriano Zumbo, Jenny Morris, J Something, Siba Mtongana, Sarah Graham, Bertus Basson, Chef Christo, Claire Allen and Siphokazi Mdlankomo
Later in the year you can catch the show in Johannesburg from 29 – 31 July and Durban from 28 – 30 October.
