'Live From Milan': 7 Chefs on Stage at Fuorisalone With S.Pellegrino

Seven of Italy's most renown chefs will spend five days participating in a culinary experience never before seen. The event is called Live from Milan and will take place during Milan Design Week as part of S.Pellegrino's Fuorisalone series.

Every day a new chef will take the stage at Superstudio Più Art Garden Temporary Museum for New Design, located in via Tortona 27, to put their own spin on Italy's most iconic food: spaghetti. Each chef will prepare a mouthwatering dish during cooking demonstrations in front of a live audience.

First up will be legendary Massimo Bottura whose restaurant Osteria Francescana in Modena has three Michelin stars and ranks third on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna. Bottura will demonstrate his mastery of spaghetti on April 9th at noon. That same day at 7 p.m. Davide Scabin from Combal.Zero will take the stage with special guest Pierfrancesco Favino, the beloved Italian actor that starts in S.Pellegrino's Practice the Art of Fine Food Every Time You Can campaign.

Other chefs participating in the live demonstrations include Luigi Taglienti from the iconic Milanese restaurant Trussardi alla Scala (April 10th), Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani from Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia restaurant, (April 11th) and Enrico Cerea from Da Vittorio restaurant (April 12th). The grand finale will be hosted by Davide Oldani who will prepare a final plate of gourmet spaghetti during lunch time on April 13th. Foodies attending the live demo will be able to sample the chef's food in a special dining area by reserving their spot ahead of time.
