A mysterious blogger with impeccable taste in art is causing a stir with the Gluten Free Museum, a new Tumblr featuring iconic masterpieces expertly recreated to replace any trace of grains.
That means wheat, bread, pasta and beer are barred from the Gluten Free Museum. The result? A provocative display of classical paintings from Vermeer, Caravaggio and Van Gogh and others digitally recreated without gluten. The collection also includes modern art works by Matt Groening, Quentin Tarantino and Disney.
Many people on a gluten-free diet already live without bread, pasta and cake but to see this lifestyle played out as food art is really quite fun. So far, the creator of the Gluten Free Museum has remained anonymous but we'll update you if that changes.
Check out some grain-free art below but swing by Tumblr to see more amazing gluten-free masterpieces.
