The food gods must be smiling because Kevin Bacon has finally embraced his punny last name and appeared in an egg commercial. The web film, as the refers to the promotional spot for the American Egg Board, is simply brilliant and we're glad the talented actor has such a great sense of humor.
Tiled Wake Up to Eggs and Bacon, the clever commercial features the Footloose actor lying on a kitchen counter while a woman cooks eggs for breakfast. Bacon praises the nutritional content of eggs and provokes and interesting reaction from the woman and her husband.
