Female Chefs To Be Celebrated in Paris
This year's Le Fooding event in Paris will honor 13 women in the food industry. Together, they'll run an all-female pop-up restaurant called le Clan de Madones.
It's time for female chefs to shine! Often in the shadows of their male counterparts, the spotlight will be on women only at the upcoming Le Fooding celebration in Paris on November 15-17th.
Thanks to the sponsorship of S.Pellegrino, Le Fooding will welcome 13 notable women who've made their mark in the competitive restaurant scene in France. Participating chefs include Alix Lacloche, Beatriz Gonzales, Federica Mancioppi and Delphine Zampetti.
Together the talented ladies will host a pop-up restaurant called le Clan de Madones. The restaurant will offer exquisite four-course dinners paired with wines selected by sommelier Laura Vidal. During the three-day culinary extravaganza, dinner will be served twice each evening, once at 7 p.m. and once at 10 p.m.
Le Clan de Madones is the latest of the many exciting events hosted by Le Fooding, a French food movement that aims to modernize cuisine in fun and unexpected ways. For more information or to reserve your spot, visit the event website. Tickets will go on sale November 12th.
