Taste of London Food Festival 2013

It's that time of year again when the international food festival Taste of London gets ready to open the doors of Regent's Park to welcome thousands of hungry food lovers intent on sampling food from some of the best chefs and restaurants in London.

Alex Gauthier, Theo Randall, Tom Kitchn, David Chang, Michel Roux Jnr and Atul Kocchar are just a selection of the chefs on hand to meet and offer their services, with many hosting their own cut-down restaurants for the four day event.

Around 35 different restaurants will offer a selection of dishes to the public including Bar Boulud, The Savoy Grill, The Duck and Waffle and Le Gavroche.

On top of chefs, cooking demonstrations, work shops and great dishes, there will also be a produce section in which producers from across London and beyond display a range of products from cheeses to wines, ice creams to chocolates.

For a real taste of Italy we suggest you head over the the San Pellegrino Fruit Beverage Orangery where The Pizza Pilgrims will be teaching dough throwing master classes and serving up samples of their modern take of authentic Neapolitan pizza. All this will be served alongside refreshing Sparkling Fruit Beverages. Guest can also hone their skills with master classes on how to pair Acqua Panna and S.Pellegrino with wine and food from sommelier Neil Philips.

For a sample of some truly tasty vegetables, chef Alexis Gauthier will be preparing a special menu for S.Pellegrino's VIP restaurant, offering guests the chance to sample the chefs unique take on allowing vegetables to be the lead ingredient in a dish.

Taste of London runs June 20th - 23rd - four days packed with tasty treats and culinary discoveries.
